Harry Potter Collection
Harry Potter is emphatically one of my biggest recommendations I have to offer. Since I've read the books countless times, it will not be involved in my weekly reading list. But I couldn't start a reading journal without a special mention for my favourite book ever as a child and an adolescent. JK Rowling has inspired me greatly and her shrewd connection between all seven books are extraordinarily out-of-this-world! There are seven books as you might know: Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire, Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince and last but definitely not least Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Following these beyond elegant books come the elegant films! The key themes involved is obviously the supernatural or magic, dark/scary, and that's basically it. It is written by JK Rowling and in third person. Some creative ideas I am able to pick out from the stories is how so much the stories are linked intelligently and that is something I hope to pick up on in my own writing. I like the betrayal, the magical imagination and how the emotion of love is portrayed in many different ways, right from the first book. I hope you enjoy these books as much as I did. I must stress how reading the books is an everlasting amount of times better than watching the films.
